Join the “Solace” Mindful Writing Series this winter, designed to help you embrace the quiet of the season while nurturing your creative energy. Connect with your inner thoughts, spark creativity, and find comfort in the reflective nature of winter.
You will learn about the neuroscience of mindfulness, receive guidance and partake in mindful writing practices. After each session, you will also take away creative prompts and actionable techniques to carry forward into your practice.
Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just beginning your creative journey, “Solace” provides a peaceful, supportive environment to let go of creative blocks, explore new ideas, and deepen your writing practice.
Workshops will be held once a week for one hour, over 6 weeks.
